Take the time to identify how the children you care for problem solve, communicate to you and their peers, and how they approach conflict. This can be one of the greatest ways to identify where you need adjustments or where you are lacking.

Phrases, topics, breakdown and simplify! These are the core challenges and major influences to change in the communication between you and the child. Spot the flaw and adjust- in the moment or bring it to the table next time. You will be surprised at home much attention can be a cause for change!
